Instructions for the use of Wood Chipper

For safer and better maintenance of the machine, please read the following carefully:

1. Before using the chipper, please add gasoline or diesel engine-specific oil, and add diesel or gasoline to the fuel tank. Make sure the motor is 380V to avoid overload damage.

2. Refueling must be done in the off state, and the spilled oil must be wiped dry before starting the machine to avoid accidents.

3. Check the feed port before starting the machine to ensure that there are no metal, stones and other debris to avoid internal damage to the machine.

4. After the machine is started, please idle at low speed for 1 minute to preheat the engine, and then increase the throttle to work. The working speed can be adjusted according to the on-site situation.

5. The front device idles for 2 minutes to ensure that all branches and leaves are discharged from the machine before turning off the fire.

6. The discharge port is strictly prohibited from facing people and animals to avoid accidental injuries.

7. In view of the influence of debris and dust in the working environment, the air filter should be maintained and the engine oil should be replaced every 20 to 30 hours of work.

8. During use, when branches cannot be fed automatically, please stop the machine in time and turn over the blade to avoid damage to parts.

9. During operation, if there are too many leaves and the discharge port is not discharged in time, please stop the machine and open the lower discharge port to ensure that all branches and leaves in the cabin are discharged.

10. During the operation of the machine, do not extend your arms into the feed port, discharge port and other working parts to avoid injuries to workers.

11. The chassis bearings of the wood chipper should be filled with butter every 30 to 40 hours to increase its service life

12. After the new machine has worked for 4 hours, please check whether the screws of each component are loose to avoid damage
