Precautions for using the machine

1. Use gasoline and engine oil separately:

This engine is a four-stroke gasoline engine. Use gasoline and engine oil separately. Use gasoline above 90#, and engine oil is four-stroke engine oil with the mark of 4T. Do not use two-stroke engine oil.

2. Filling engine oil:

Engine oil is the key to using the machine well. It is strictly forbidden to start without filling engine oil. Check the engine oil level before each use. Fill the oil strictly according to the oil dipstick. The oil must be controlled between the upper and lower lines of the oblique range, flush with the upper line. Adding too much oil will cause thick smoke to be discharged from the exhaust pipe, the engine will overheat, and the air filter will be easily choked by the oil, affecting the horsepower of the machine. In severe cases, the filter will not be able to enter the air, resulting in the inability to start the machine. Too little oil, below the lower line, will cause the machine to pull the cylinder, and in severe cases, it will cause the connecting rod to break and the cylinder to be damaged. It is recommended to use branded engine oil.

3. Regularly change the engine oil:

Before using a new machine, it should idle at low speed for 20 minutes for running-in. After using it for 5 hours, the engine oil must be changed. The method is to start the machine for a few minutes and then stop it (change the engine oil thoroughly in the hot state), tilt the whole machine towards the oil dipstick, or use a tool to loosen the drain screw at the bottom of the oil dipstick to release the engine oil. Change the engine oil every 50 hours in the future.

4. Air filter:

The air filter should be cleaned every 8 hours of use. The paper air filter element should be replaced every 50 hours. The paper air filter cannot be cleaned with liquid detergent, only gently patted. The sponge air filter can be washed with gasoline and dried before use. Note that when it needs to be cleaned and tilted sideways, only one side of the air filter can be upward to prevent the engine oil from dampening the air filter.

5. Spark plug:

The spark plug should be cleaned of carbon deposits every six months and replaced every year.

6. Blade sharpening and balancing:

After using the blade for a period of time, if the blade is not sharp, it should be sharpened. Pay attention to the balance of both sides of the blade and tighten the screws to fix the blade.

7. Safety in use:

Before use, bricks, angle irons and other foreign objects on the grass should be cleared. No one is allowed to walk around within a radius of 15 meters during use.
