1. The work site should be spacious and ventilated, with sufficient retreat space and reliable fire-fighting equipment. Leaky sites should be waterproof and fireproof.

2. When the feed port is blocked, do not use hands or hard objects to help feed.

3. If an abnormal situation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately. It is strictly forbidden to troubleshoot the machine while it is running.

4. It is strictly forbidden for people who are drunk, sick, or overly tired to participate in the operation. Juveniles under the age of 18, the elderly over the age of 55, people with mental disorders, and people who do not master the requirements of the machine operation cannot operate this machine and participate in the operation.

5. The matching power calibrated by our company should be used according to the product nameplate regulations. The spindle speed cannot be increased at will, and the protective devices of various components cannot be removed at will.

6. Operators must use hearing protection when working.

7. To prevent accidents, do not let iron, stones and other debris and hard objects enter the feed port to damage the blades and other parts.

8. The machine should be adjusted and maintained according to the instructions for use. When adding a proper amount of grease to each bearing of the machine, check whether the parts have cracks and whether the fasteners are tightened. The machine can only be started when the safety of man and machine is guaranteed. It can only be fed after idling for 2-3 minutes. The fan must be in normal working condition before feeding.

9. After the work is completed, it can be idle for 1-2 minutes. After all the materials inside the machine are emptied, it can be stopped. After stopping, the power must be cut off to avoid accidents. Only after the power is cut off after stopping can the inside of the machine be cleaned manually to prevent rust and blockage.

10. Before the machine works, add engine oil, fuel, air filter oil, and gear oil.

11. During operation, pay attention to the bearing temperature rise not exceeding 25 ℃. If there is overheating, stop and check immediately to avoid burning bearings, spindles and other parts. (Temperature rise: actual temperature minus ambient temperature)

12. When replacing blades, all blades should be replaced at the same time to ensure that the weight difference between each set of blades is less than 0.5 grams to avoid imbalance, vibration, affecting the use effect and shortening the service life.

13. To prevent injury, it is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the feed port when the machine is working.

14. When the machine is working, the operator must strictly keep children away from playing to prevent accidents.

15. Before the machine is working, the wear of the rotor and the tightness of the fasteners should be checked. If the pin blade is cracked or abnormally worn, it should be replaced immediately to avoid serious damage to the machine and personal accidents. Please confirm whether the machine is cut off from power before inspection. After inspection, please lock the upper and lower bodies in a timely manner.
